The program pairs new mentees with experienced ABT Mentors, providing a comprehensive 6-8 week in-cab training. This initiative aims to instill confidence and develop skills, ensuring mentees become skilled, safe, and responsible Professional Class 1 Drivers.

Requirements
- Must have a valid Class 1 license,
- Must be eligible to work in Canada,
- Must be eligible to drive in the USA and have border crossing documentation,
- FAST card is an asset,
- Must have attended an accredited Class 1 MELT program.
